Standup meeting template

Fifteen people, ninety seconds each, and by the fourth person nobody remembers the first blocker. A standup template is per-person by necessity: the value is in attribution, not in the summary.

What goes in it

What Ledgeur goes looking for

Choose this template before you record and the on-device model reads the transcript against exactly this list.

  • what each named person said they finished
  • what each named person is working on next
  • every blocker raised, attributed to whoever raised it

Everything it finds still lands in the same four places: a summary, the decisions, the open questions and the action items. The template changes what it looks for, not the shape of the record, so notes from every kind of meeting stay searchable together.

Have it filled in instead

Record the meeting and Ledgeur writes these sections from what was said, with the speakers separated, on your own machine. Free for one person, permanently.
